Definition:
a driving force, impulse, incentive, stimulus
stimulation or encouragement resulting in increased activity
 

It often takes just a few dedicated people, to provide the impetus required for a new idea to get started, and then it takes a few more to join in, to help keep it going and growing, until it might eventually catch on and take on a life of its own.:geek::giggle::)
