Worlds oldest person died

Hear on the radio that the worlds oldest person, a Japanese man, died at 117 years old. The second oldest person alive, also Japanese, is 116. I’m pooped at 80 years old. I couldn’t handle another 37 years.

They sell some Hyaluronic Acid products in health food stores for many years now, I have never bought any or researched their safety. If there's a cream that can erase wrinkles, I'd buy a 5 lb. tub of it. :playful:

Very Interesting. I had never heard of this supplement until your earlier post. It's a rainy day, so I'm stuck inside, and spent some time researching this Hyaluronic Acid. Per WebMD, and Mayo Clinic, there seems to be very little side effects, or "interactions", and per customer reviews on Swanson Vitamins and Puritans Pride, the vast majority of users claim positive results for arthritis/joint issues, etc. It is even used for eye problems during cataract surgery, etc. I've been taking Glucosamine/MSM for some minor hip/knee arthritis, but I think I will order some of this stuff, and give it a try. Thanks for the info.

P.S.....there seems to be several different "creme's" for sale on the above web sites that claim to be good for "wrinkles"...check it out.

There seems to be pockets of communities around the world with lots of centenarians. There's Okinawa, Japan, but there's also pockets in the Russian mountains and several places in Italy. Most of them are isolated villages at high altitudes with fresh air, few or no cars, people either grow their own veggies and food animals or buy those from others. Of course, longevity depends on 1/3 genes, 1/3 lifestyle (like those people), and 1/3 luck. I wouldn't want to get to be 117 if I have to lay in bed with people feeding me and changing my diapers, though.

I don't know that I'd want to live that long in this world! Having plenty of pot to smoke would change my mind, though..LOL:sentimental:

Totally agree.

I don't care if it's tomorrow or ten years from now once I reach the point mentally and or physically that I have to depend solely on others or life support machines for my existence I'd rather go.
