Haha! The last time I had licorice was as a little girl on the farm.
My Grandpa taught me to chew snoose, eat licorice, bait a hook and clean a fish.

Looks like it would turn your teeth, lips and tongue black. Not a fan of licorice but I remember eating licorice flavored ice cream from the ice cream truck when I was a kid.

Aaahh, another Black Sambuca fan!! I never had Black Sambuca Jello shots (not sure I would want them) but Black Sambuca over Vanilla Ice cream? YUM.

I think I might try a bit of the licorice ice cream on the tip of a spoon first, before I decided if I would eat it or not.

Don't know about black licorice ice cream, the amt. of licorice involved, but black licorice candy is a danger to your health (heart) in several ways, especially for older people.

Much as I truly love licorice, that turns me off completely.

I love licorice too, but a huge cone full of it, plus the cone, is too much of a good thing.

Put a very small scoop of it on top of a slightly larger scoop of French vanilla or maybe blackberry ice cream, and I'd probably eat it. I'm not a big fan of ice-cream, though.
