Yamaha Corporation, has warned people not to try and squeeze inside musical instrument cases after reports former Nissan Motor boss Carlos Ghosn fled Japan concealed inside in one.

I think the operative word is " reportedly". He reportedly hid in an instrument case. Some rich dude flees being prosecuted, that sounds more like bribed his way out. His wife also shows up missing, too. Bribing a pilot seems more the answer than "his" and "hers" piano crates.
