I tried really hard to pick one, but felt I couldn't, as there were too many aspects of all of them that I couldn't live with. I would end up redecorating all of them.

Then I thought there must be a way to answer the question. So I imagined I was at a hotel or similar, and was told these are the last four rooms left. Which one would i take for a few days?

In the end, I went with D. D looks calm to me, and I like the natural light. I almost went with C, but wished it all looked paler. Either way, at least eventually I could leave, and forget all about it.

I'd pick any of them, and it can be completely empty. Those rooms are 3-4 times as large as the bedroom we actually have.

I'm going with B. I was about to choose C but then I realized that sure as anything, I'd crack a toe or three on that bench.
