Your Experience With Infra Red Lamps

NIH has put its stamp of approval on these devices for pain relief. I got a hand-held one that has been approved Food & Drug admin. for use on an arthritic elbow. So far, after six weeks, no relief.

What has been your experience with these devices?

I do find that my Infra red lamp helps with my lower back pain...but I've never used it on the OA in my hands ...but I'll bump this up for someone else who may have more knowledge about Infra Red lamps and their effectiveness
