My friend posted this on Facebook. I never would have thought to look it up but I was wondering how much those poor residents had paid for their apartments. The apartment that went for $710,000 had an HOA fee of $876 and closing costs were over $60,000. Owners probably thought they had really great digs, what with the views and apartment layouts; they paid all that money and for what?!! I wonder how soon the survivors will be compensated for their losses by the insurance company? Of course, no amount of money can be enough compensation for the loss of lives.
