I can relate trying to get enough sleep. I just try to get it any time I can now. Resting and relaxing are good things too.
Do they have warnings on the News there? Sounds so scary! Be safe, and carry a big stick!

4:00 is my magic hour too. Bathroom run and lay in bed till 5:30 when I get up.I was up at that time too. Got a couple more hours but still tired.

By 4.00am I have probably had at least two bathroom visits. Sometimes I get back to sleep til' about 6.00 but mostly little dozes.
