Have you ever danced "The Twist"?

My mum was a teen in the 50's...she did the twist in the 60's...

Had to chuckle, Holly. You mention the twist in the 60's. My wife and I married in '56, had our kids in '57, '58, 61, and '62. Didn't leave much time for "twistin" in the remaining years of the '60's

My mum did the same...she got married in 1955.. had kids in the 50's and 60's.... last kid was 62 like you... there was lots of family parties for dancing...

I sure have! I remember when I was at Girl Scout camping with my mom who was the Leader of the group. I was the youngest and was doing the twist for everyone. I must've been around 7-8 yrs. old. We all had a great time there!
