I just joined a moment ago, after checking out the site for a few weeks.

I am a 73 year old mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, retired and living alone in a very nice low-income apartment community.

Well, not quite alone...I have a cat named Leggo. He has epilepsy but he's doing alright, down to one or two small seizures per day, eating very well. He'd lost weight before his vet found the right medication, but he's gained it all back.

@_Apple_ Hello, nice to have you join us! Hugs for your Leggo, glad his medication is helping. I had a dog with epilepsy and it's heartbreaking to see them suffer.
