I Got a Small Refund Check from CVS. (U.S Pharmacy)

But I don't go to their pharmacy. I go to a grocery pharmacy for the one medication I get routinely. I did a google search and didn't see a connection. It does have my insurance on it and the prescription number is right. So my grocery pharmacy is a CVS? Just wondering if anyone else has noted something like this. It's under $2.00. Says it was an overage on my co-pay.

I once got a check for a buck-68 because I had a store card (that I don't remember using).
