Orange Glazed Salmon Recipe

Generally I hate to eat fish. I used to work in the food industry and know how dangerous spoiled fish can be and how easily spoiled fish can be 'covered up' in food dishes such as with glazings. Gulp!
 
My husband catches a lot of sea trout which are much redder than salmon. This orange glacé looks delish. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Though personally, I think it is very difficult to improve on salmon.
