The best scallops I've had was in Booth Bay Harbour, Maine. Deeelicious!!

I loved visiting Booth Bay Harbor years ago! Growing up on Long Island the smaller bay scallops were plentiful and affordable. Now it is all the large sea scallops. The bay scallops had more surface for the lightly browned garlic butter which is part of the charm.
