I like houndstooth patterns. There usually sharp looking fashions.

Today I’m wearing sage green legging, tunic top and wrap around cardigan.

My house clothes: an old medium blue denim skirt and a navy, pastel & turqoise-y blue floral knit top that belonged to my mom, so it is old.

I've been out in the yard working and back in again several times today. So I've had on some dark khaki... running pants? Sort of like thinner sweatpants, still breath somehow while blocking wind. Fairly heavy flannel work shirt in a dark "powdery" looking green. Black logo ball cap from a small family orchard near where my aunt and uncle had a farm decades ago. My "mud shoes" a worn pair of high topped hiking boots.

Not quite like I just off the back of the Joads' truck, but close.

Sports blazer by Samuel Windsor, together with, I guess made to measure, shirt and trousers, my wife made them. The hat, also bespoke, was made by a talented lady in Belgium, name of Esther Weis. The shoes were made by a very talented fellow and sold through the website of Simon Cathcart.
