I would rather lose all my pictures. I am not married, no childrens, no precious pictures. No worries

I have photos of my wife around, but other than that, none of my own "family". Never been a picture person. These days, with Smartphones, people have hundreds of pictures and video clips, but back in the day, it was very different. I'm not a sentimental kind of person.

Same with me. Not a photo person. I do dislike when people want me to look at their family photos.
I share my nature photos here and two other sites but not anywhere else.

If it comes down to losing ALL of my money and valuables, I'd choose to lose the family pictures. I mean, 'who would rather be on the street?' should be the question.

I treasure all of my family pictures. Just not willing to hit rock bottom should I ever part with them.

I'm an avid amateur photographer.. I am also a sentimentalist, and I currently have over 30,000 photos....I love them, more than music, or dance.. which are my next loves...

..however I would be clearly unhinged if I chose photos over all my money...

I'd give up the photos. Even though I'm very sentimental I don't get much out of looking at photos, it's the memory of emotion that I cherish.

I would rather keep all photos on computer, and backed up on a hard drive in a fire safe, and I do.
Besides, we always have the memories in our minds no matter what, unless that gets erased, and if it does, we're gonna need the money.

All my family photos, because technically I can't really "lose" them. The important ones are backed up in my Google photos app, on my external hard drives and some are featured in the family group I manage on Facebook. Being without sufficient assets is not a position seniors should be in if they can help it, especially in this day and age.

It's been many, many moons since I was broke, I didn't like it then and I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't care much for it now.....I'd give up the photos.

After my lady died I got rid of almost all photo's, family mostly,
cause no one to pass them on to.....
