Literally - end world hunger. Because people can't think when they're hungry. They can't fight back, they can't plan. They just want to eat.

Build a lengthy boardwalk down here in Palm Bay, Florida (Like they have in Wildwood New Jersey) but forget all those kiddie rides... instead I'd give it a more adult playground feel, loaded with plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, sit and listen to a variety of live musicians.

What a great idea Lois. Like you said, there isn't much to do in Palm Bay unless you are into the bar scene. Castaway Point is Palm Bays only little park by the River. A large boardwalk with shops would be a blast. Count me in.:sentimental:

Lois, I don't know the area but I love the idea. I'm sure there are plenty of places that could benefit from such a scheme.

It's all very well having lofty ideas and I'm sure that nobody would dispute them - no war, no hunger, a cure for illnesses - great, but once youv'e got that, what we need is something to make us feel good in our everyday lives.

Doesnt turkey creek have a boardwalk? I was there years ago.

When they rebuilt that Castaway a few years ago,I would go there to fish and relax but it soon became a hangout for vagrants.
