These are great. I have to do some painting tomorrow and I'm going to try the one with the paint can. I'm always slopping paint over the side of the can.

Today I tried this painting tip. The pros, it works great. Took care of all the drips on the brush and the jar. The cons, A little hard to get the rubber band on although it might have been easier on a can. Once on, you had to be very careful when moving the can. I slid the jar over a bit and the rubber band wants to roll underneath and would eventually come off and last,taking it off was a bit of a of a problem because it wanted to come off all at once and did splatter a bit. Not sure if I will try it again. Maybe once more with a can instead of a jar.
