Well, I saw an interesting new sales pitch yesterday - from a doctor who pitches whatever he's paid to pitch, like Green Coffee Extract to lose weight. Yeah...losing weight is so easy; just buy lots of Green Coffee Extract. No healthy eating, no exercise, just drink this magic formula, says the good Dr. On his show, he asks the audience: "How many people lost weight by drinking Green Coffee Extract? raise your hands." Most of the people in the audience raised their hands.
Gee, that wasn't......prearranged....was it? Why,,,,,,,,, that would be dishonest! You think it helped sales?
This pitch was not for a weight-loss scam. With more people becoming informed, sales of vaccines are down, so this time he suggested everyone get a pneumonia shot, a shingles shot and--of course--a flu shot. Considering what they must have paid Dr. Oz for those few seconds, they must have considered it a good investment.
And, don't forget that really important vaccine for your 10-year-old kids - that Gardasil vaccine, because we know how many 10 year olds are having sex these days.
Maybe the sales pitch for the shingles shot was intended to counteract those ads that say they are settling cases for people who got shingles after receiving the shingles vaccine?
