Butter is better than margarine

Lard is better than hydrogenated vegetable oil (Crisco)

Sugar is better than Man made sweeteners ( Equal, Splenda,etc.)

Sunshine is better than sunscreen

All the ailment started growing as we got away from nature. 100 years ago all these ailments were very rare and people died by accidents and bacterial/virus disease caused by poor hygiene.

Of all the meats, bacon I MY favorite. I never THINK about its drawbacks. I just eat and enjoy.

See if you can go to where they make it and get it without nitrites they care cancer causing. I love bacon but had to get it before they add the preservatives [nitrites]
