;)well I can imagen how many of us dread it 'or is there a art to this conundrum ..so I found when u walk into the bedroom dont start to panic ' dont let the duvet see your afraid and its gonna win ' so I have found I open the poppers but leave the end ones shut -lay the cover across the corner of the bed shove in the duvet and get the corners of both held
then push in and get the other corner held so both corners are held' then start to shake making sure u are still on the outside hahaha ….push poppers together shake across the bed - and get out of room ………So how do u cope '

I open the new duvet, let it hang off the bed, start pushing the whole, old comforter into it, and then grab the corners closest to me, that are inside the new duvet. I then safety pin those corners. Then, I stand on the bed and shimmy the old comforter completely into the new duvet by scootching the new duvet on up. No biggie. Done in less than three minutes.

Changing duvet covers is one of my least favorite jobs

I bought large clips to hold the duvet in the top corners while I manoeuvre the rest of it in. Does anyone else find that the duvet slips down inside during the night, and you wake to find yourself under a half-empty cover?

Yes. 🙃

Never saw one of these till I stayed with my son and fam over the summer....I had to ask what is this thing? lol...I got to remove the comforter from inside to wash the duvet which was easy but my son put it back together and made it look like a breeze....he has his own method...they're so attractive and comfy on bedding even in the summer months when the room is too cool from the air conditioning...
