"Have a blessed day" is common in Texas. The employee at Whataburger said it to me after she took my order this week.

Yes it is. I hear it from Kroger and Walmart each time I shop there. Of course it is usually from the few employees I see every time. But I have been going there for a few years and they seem like family and we ask each other about our families and current situations. But I hear it from McDonalds, Popeyes and KFC, too. Just a culture thing here in the South.Sweet
