How Do You Sit When You Come Here?

I use my desktop and sit in a padded, adjustable office type chair with arms. I can't use a laptop because the hunched-over position aggravates my neck and upper back.
Interesting. I’m not hunched over at all when I use mine. I’m stretched out on the couch, feet up on the ottoman, leaning back. Hmmm I guess my head is bent a bit. Is that what you mean?

Sit in the study at the desk with a Mac Pro laptop; sit in an old leather high backed office desk chair. Mostly I sit on the edge of the seat, so I can jump up and down if I've got something cooking or baking in the kitchen. Don't take the laptop to the kitchen as it is great exercise to do it this way and keeps me "on my toes"...lol.

When on my phone I sit on an armchair in the lounge tapping away with my keyboard pen with my legs crossed. When on lappy im upstairs in the "office" at the PC multi unit and on an old PC swivel chair that is broken but useable. I use my phone for quickness but prefer my lappy for features

I do multi task with phone and telly and can just sitting with phone in my left hand ruminating and thinking what a lot of tosh on telly and reach for the remote and mute or Off the telly with the phone still in my left hand and pen aloft in my right and legs still crossed 😆

On the couch, with my laptop.
Wish I could, too, but it just never seems to work well for me...and we also have a couple of those those powered theatre chairs, you'd think that would be ok - its better, but not "preferred"...lol. Tried back porch swing using and it was almost a disaster -just call me a left handed klutz!

A comfy computer chair I probably purchased from Staples at my computer desk I believe I got from Costco while using my 2017 iMac Pro (desktop) I purchased from B&H Photo. When the pneumatics on my computer chair wear out, I'll pick up another one. I'm not into laptops or doing all my computing on the small screen of a phone, so my iMac Pro does what I like to do the way I like to do it. Different strokes as they say :) . Don...

Usually sitting with legs crossed in half lotus position on my couch or bed with my laptop. Sometimes stretched out in the recliner with laptop or tablet. Occasionally check the site on my phone away from home, but don't post much from the phone.

The half lotus thing is how I've preferred to sit since early childhood. Studied through all schooling sitting on the floor that way. Even now with aches and pains, if I'm working on a project with lots of stuff, I sit in the floor in that position with all the papers spread out on the floor ....just takes a little longer to get up these days!

I prefer the big screen of the PC, since I'm the wordy type and seldom type a short post. 🙃 Can't imagine typing long posts on that itty-bitty phone.

Stupid question maybe, but what do people with only smartphones and no PC or laptop do if they want to print something? I like using my printer for recipes and articles I want to keep handy.

I suppose some may have a wireless printer. I just threw my printer out. Looking for another one but I prefer to use the desktop to access stuff to print. I actually have not learned how to print something from the smartphone yet.

I sit on a padded office chair at my desk top PC. The chair is pretty comfy (with a small pillow to support my lower back), it's on casters so i can scoot it over to another desk where the phone is, and it leans back like a rocking chair. There are two desk lamps up on the computer cabinet but I keep a small battery operated light on the desktop for when I consult my dictionary....which I do when I'm engaged with the SF Games page.

I used to have one like that mike but the hard arms caused abrasions on my elbows...so I prefer the leather padded arms now..
Odd you should say that. I woke up this morning with a 'burn' on my elbow and couldn't figure out where it came from. Must be the online Christmas shopping I've done over the last few days! Always thought shopping a pain, now it's even a pain to online shop.

Lately I've been at the bar (counter) that's between my kitchen and living room. It's about desk height. I have 2 black leather computer chairs on wheels instead of kitchen chairs. It works out great for us. Sometimes I'm on the couch with my ipad or sometimes I'm in my bedroom at my computer desk.
