I had panic attacks, in my twenties, that were traced back to marijuana use. Opioids can also induce attacks, days after use, in susceptible individuals. I removed those triggering agents, and my attacks stopped, for the most part.
I do know that, for me, dwelling on panic attacks definitely increased their duration and intensity. Being around an individual experiencing a panic attack, as happened one day in my tattoo shop, brought on a fairly bad episode, a few hours after she left.
Controlled breathing helped me stop attacks, cold, years ago.
I sense, in your posts, that you tend to dwell on your attacks, to a bad extent. I'm actually not certain that posting in here, repeatedly, about your attacks, as you have done, is a great idea.
You need to focus on other things in your life. Try different hobby-type activities, try reading books you really like.
The fact that having other people around you can stop, or lessen, the severity of attacks, tells me that your attacks have a very strong psychological component to them. Distract your mind, and you'll lessen, or stop, your attacks. Read up on meditation and controlled breathing.
Best of luck to you!
