Many of you may not know him but I loved the guy and followed him as soon as he came on MSNBC in the early morning. Many of his views were off the top but he feared nothing and no one and spoke accordingly despite this time of political correctness. So long Don your were one in a billion.
 

I thought I heard that he was a broadcaster in my city, don't know if I heard right but he was on the local news tonight. I recall his name, too. RIP.
 

Imus gave a speech at a function with Pres Clintion that was supposed to be a scandalous rant against Clinton, I've never been able to locate it on the net.
 
He never looked like a healthy individual to me always looking older than he was.

That being said he was a unique talent.

He could be an arrogant, snot, best taken in small doses.
There is a place in our world for these people-that will harp on topics others won't mention.
 
Know the name never listened to him. Some comment forums really drag him through the mud. He must have been an opinionated SOB. Anyway RIP. He must not have had much peace here on our plane of existence. Maybe he didn't want any.

So did Michael Jackson....while he molested them.
John Wayne Gacy donated many hours entertaining sick children in hospitals.....while he tortured & murdered 33 teenagers.
 
I've heard the name, never listened to him, just being compared to Howard Stern tells me I would not have liked listening to him. However, I agree with the below comment =

"political analyst Jeff Greenfield, who once remarked, “He's out there talking the way most of us talk when we're not in public.”
 
I didn't always agree with him but he was never boring. His comments = whether you agreed with him or not = got the brain moving. And that's a good thing.
 
Don't care much for Stern either. You can give all the money you want to and still be a monster that abuses children and those around you. I will listen to people like that for a bit and then move on.
 
Only man I know with balls enough to call Hertz and try to rent a car during the Indy 500. "Could you take the seats out and tape up the headlights"? :LOL: :LOL: Or order 1200 hamburgers from a burger joint, and a slew of other goofs.

 
I was watching "Imus In the Morning" when the network broke in his show to announce the World Trade Center being struck by a plane.
 
He called a bunch of black women athletes "nappy-headed hos." He wrote a poem about Hillary Clinton called "That's why the first lady is a tramp." No loss to the world.

Explain why he was successful for so many decades. The "shock jock" title is ridiculous in view of the dialogue and language on all forms of the present day media. God Bless The I-Man.
