I think that senior center's running those ads shows poor taste and lack of sensitivity, to say the least.

Body: I warned you several times that you can't.. The body normally wins because I feel the pain the next day.

Example - I baby sat my two little nieces this past Sunday (ages 7 and 5). They both have a lot of energy. I was in my little girl mode. We played hide and go see, we played dress up, we had so much fun..they kept me on my toes and some... I enjoyed them. In my mind, Oh I got this.. this is fun..my body the next day, Oh Really? I was tired Took me about 2 days to re-energized.

Nice to find myself amongst the "fastest age group" - - - or did I read it wrong - - - "fastest growing age group". Quite a difference.
