What happens if the person, who rammed into you, won't answer her phone?

I do not have collision insurance on my car. That means my insurance co. will only pay for damages I cause. My insurance co. has no liability for this accident. It is the responsibility of her insurance company to reimburse me for the damages, that she caused. Since she won't answer her phone ,or return the email & mail, she hasn't assumed liability for the accident. And her insurance co. won't process the claim until she does.

When you don't have collision insurance, the driver at fault in an accident is responsible for all damages. PA car insurance laws require everyone to carry liability insurance on their vehicle. I would still make the call to your insurance carrier and discuss this with them to see how they can help you. You do have this woman's information.
