Free Restaurant Birthday Food?

Some restaurants offer a free meal to a person having a birthday. Most have a catch, though. You have to belong do some sort of "club". Others say you have to be accompanied by a person who is not having a birthday and that person has to order a meal of equal or greater value. Some only off a free soft drink or dessert. Most of the ones listed on a Web page I found aren't even around my locale.

Anyone know a place you can get a free full meal with no strings?

Don't know what restaurants do that in your State, sorry.
Here in Toronto, The Mandarin (Chinese buffet) does free birthday meals. All you need to do, is show proof of age. I'm sure many people aren't going to buffets these days.
