What will you do when it's hot and time for pools and poolside barbecues this summer if the virus is still around?

I don't have a pool but one of my relatives does and always has poolside barbecues on holidays but what happens this year? Do you even open your pool for use? For how many? Or will you leave the pool covered this year and just forget it? Seems a waste to do that. So many questions.

My sister in La. has a pool and enjoys it in the summer before she goes to bed. Her husband is the only one that will be there with her. They do not have pool parties. When the2 grands visit they will be in the pool with her before bed time.

I guess if we're still advised not to to gather, we shouldn't. Not sure if chlorine in swimming pools is enough to kill it off.
I believe it is, RR, but the problem is that people are out of breath when swimming and therefore expelling air much further than the 6 foot buffer zone - and that's assuming they can manage to stay 6' apart.
