Have you ever nodded off with a drink in your hand?

I made a post before about falling asleep in bed with a glass of water. Well it happened again, this time with a cup of tea in the garden lol.
It's been pretty warm over here and Britain I've been soaking up the sun a bit. Was sitting on my patio in my garden chair, for some reason I decided to close my eyes forgetting I still had my mug in my hand. As I dozed my hand relaxed and well you can guess the rest. It was a full cup too. Think I'm getting old lol.

Have any of you ever fallen asleep whilst holding a drink?

ps. I haven't been around for a while due to personal reasons, but everything's fine now

Yes you're right it's been really gorgeous weather for weeks here as you say .. and we're always out in the garden doing something or other.. and yes I've dropped off sometimes in the garden chair holding juice or something just for a second or 2

Humbug, nice to see you back.

Coffee or tea keeps me awake so no problem there.

And if it's a glass of wine, well it goes without saying that I never spill a drop.

You mean like, have I ever reached into the fridge to grab the bottle of milk, then found myself in the bedroom putting it back? Why YES, yes I have, and to answer your question as to nodding off with something/anything in my hand, yes!
