What do you see outside your living room window?

Trees, and grass. I live next to State Game Lands. So far this year, I've seen a bear, turkeys and squirrels. There's a bunch of small birds flitting around. The deer are always around. It seems that trees grass and animals have a "season". Like the turkeys. I see them this time of the year, and that's it-nothing till next year. It's like my front yard is a stage, and they have only a two week gig.

There is a small recreation area in front of this building, with grass, trees and a childrens playground. In the distance is a farmhouse on top of the hill. I keep trying to walk up there but it's very steep and I haven't yet managed to get all the way to the top.

out front is a main road into Doncaster, i sit in the back room and outside we have big pink roses blooming, our tulips have been and mostly gone, i can see next doors cherry tree the blossom was fantastic this year [i think nature is celebrating the clean air] then two gardens away stands Mr Singh's pear tree, conference pears, luckily mister Singh's family dont like them, thank you mister Singh ..

Our back yard with azaleas, dogwood trees, and several different types of Japanese maple trees.

This is far better than looking out the kitchen window at the six or seven vehicles that are always parked in my neighbors driveway along with a collection of what can only be called "what not." Their two older children (both girls) have successfully launched after completing their Master's Degrees in pharmacy and getting good jobs. We rarely see them around anymore. The two boys, both in their mid 20's, are not doing much of anything except kicking their soccer ball against the side of their house, smoking up their garage, and mastering various video games. I expect they will still be here well into their 30's. One of the things that I find particularly disgusting is that their father will periodically clean out and wash those "rolling garbage cans" that they use as cars. I have never seen either one of those boys even roll the trash can out to the street. My wife and I keep our distance from this bunch. The father has a Doctorate degree in mechanical engineering and a good job, …. so what went wrong with the boys?

Sometimes there's a squirrel lounging on my patio ledge, or sitting atop the post and of course, some birds land from time to time.

Oh that's beautiful- is that where you live?

All I see from window is an empty street except for two parked cars and an upside-down couch somebody tossed out. :(
