I’ve lost 4 friends in the past 90 days unexpectedly.

Sorry to learn this news. I have always wondered how (maybe why) some people die so young while in seemingly good health. Could it be that they too felt very well and fit and became over confident, instead of having their yearly physical?

We lost two close friends suddenly ( a couple ) 12 months ago ( Jack ) and 6 months ago (Pat)
only yesterday I heard a news report of something where they lived ...and I thought oh I’ll give pat a call ....no sadly ..I can’t
