go to nationalhearingtest.org and have your phone ready. It is free to AARP members. You will need your AARP password. I flunked on both ears.
And they are a political lobbying organization who you may or may not agree with, using your numbers as leverage for their causes. In this area most hearing aid suppliers offer free tests from time to time and most Medicare advantage plans cover them. I am not nor will I ever become an AARP member. They were a force advocating for older adults at one time but exist now to sell their low quality financial products and get people to pay a membership to get discounts that they actually could get free for the asking.
Probably nothing. Wearing hearing aids is not my style. I'll stick with "huh?'So what's your next step, fmdog?
The opposing party also has an organization similar to AARP so one is no dirtier than the other. And they are a political lobbying organization who you may or may not agree with, using your numbers as leverage for their causes.
LOL. And no annoying batteries to change!!!Probably nothing. Wearing hearing aids is not my style. I'll stick with "huh?'
Deleted. My bad for injecting politics. The opposing party also has an organization similar to AARP so one is no dirtier than the other.
That's interesting.Actually I had my hearing tested in 12/2019 by a qualified audiologist & I had already known I had a hearing problem before I was tested. Was in the process of trying to find which of the many aids would work best for me, but decided to hold off. And With most folks in stores wearing masks I’ve have realized to my surprise how much I had been relying on some lip reading, which is no longer visible.
