I don't know about Amazon in Canada, but Amazon US has it in stock.

You don't need special yeast for a bread machine. Any powdered yeast will work just fine. I used plain old yeast in my machine for years and it worked just fine.

I was referring to regular and instant yeasts. Like you, I never bothered with special yeast back when I used a bread machine.

That's true, I've had bread machines for years and never heard of special yeast for them. That said, it's hard to find any yeast in the stores lately. It was also difficult to get flour for a while but that seems to have normalized.
