Costco Worker Praised for Handling of Maskless Customer

Kudos to those who calmly enforce the guidelines. My Costco had a mandatory mask requirement, I personally didn't need that, would have worn a mask out of concern for fellow shoppers, not too much to ask, IMO. My Costco had a cop at the entrance who had to stop a 'rebel' from coming into the store without a mask. Very good to see that, if you don't want to follow the guidelines, then go shop somewhere else...simple as that!

Yes, all should be wearing masks at stores in these times. People's inconsideration irks me at times like this.😟
I feel the same way Ruth, not too much to ask if you're going to be close to other people. You may have the virus and show no symptoms, but can still infect others. If I'm at the park with nobody around, I don't pull my mask up over my face, but in a store, it's on....no big deal. Some folks are just inconsiderate of others, that seems to never change regardless of the situation.

So true!

Direct quote from the CDC "The more people (I) interact with, and the longer that interaction, the higher the risk of COVID-19 spread. "

I've personally never been to Costco when it hasn't been packed with people, long lines at checkout, no area that wasn't busy. Wearing masks there is ESPECIALLY important because the longer I'm in the store with all those folks, the greater my risk of contracting the virus.

People are taking these guidelines SO PERSONALLY. Get OVER yourself!!!
