I sometimes use Uber for rides, but never for food delivery.

My craving got the best of me a couple hours ago. So, I took a deep breath and waited for something to go wrong.

It was fine. Only issue was I wanted to pay cash and couldn't figure out how to do that on my phone screen, so they charged to my account. I like how you can track the driver; screen tells you when driver is 1 minute away so you can grab your order at the door. Delivery was quick, driver polite, food order was correct and hot. Fee was fine. No mistakes 👍

White Castle sliders and onion chips, yum yum!! :ROFLMAO:

We've used home delivery of restaurant meals of late. DoorDash is the one I first used last fall while waiting on my broken down auto in Bend, OR. Delivered hot to my door, seemed to be a bigger meal than normal but I could have been decieved because of hunger. Since the lockdown we've ordered once a week from one of our 6 favorite restaurants. All have came through DoorDash, except the Texas Roadhouse. We went there for pickup, they had a good clean system and I needed to go somewhere, anywhere that wasn't my driveway.

You have two things I do not here in the country:
-Food delivery service
-White Castle

Now I want some gut-busters!!!

Getting back to the topic of delivery services...

I know a few people who have used Door dash, Grub hub, and Uber eats. Seems about the same. A few food order mistakes, but that's not the driver's fault.

We have Eat Street and Door Dash I think. Door Dash doesn't have much of a selection. Eat Street for some reason is more expensive and twice as long on delivery time. But they offer more for delivery.

Upthread I mentioned my order was very tightly sealed.
(Palm to forehead)... probably due to cv19 and keeping food hot (not because of tampering).
