I've just started to drink a new one that will only be for hot weather. I make up some double spiced chai, let it cool, put it in a metal container and then put that in the fridge. After it cools I get some chilled coconut milk substitute mix it with the chilled tea in an insulated mug and have a wonderful chilled chai. Sometimes I add ice and sometimes I just drink it as is.
Another beverage my wife and I love when it's hot is sangria. She makes a mean sangria by macerating fruit in brandy and Grand Marnier and then adding it to chilled red wine. We prefer it with Zinfandel, but other types work as well. We've tried several white sangrias but none of then has really won me over yet.
