Another excellent link, Robert59. As states open up for business and reduce or eliminate restrictions, people let down their guard. When they see their officials in large, unmasked groups, they believe it is now safe to do the same. This lack of leadership is disgusting, imo.
 

The Dow is down more than 1,300 points on the news of the rapid resurgence.. Memorial Day parties, the protests and the re-opening of businesses are responsible for the upswing in new cases.
