They have never been my most favorite snack, but these here have almost changed my mind. Not only being a festive, sunshiny color, they are sweet tasting and just YUMMY.
Do you like them? Do you just eat them, make recipes or what?

Anyway, my new discovery is...TA DA,,,,,,

Looks so yummy, Marie!

As a young child we had two cherry trees in our yard, and each summer us kids would eat what we could reach (from the ground), and when we got really adventurous, we'd climb the tree, take-up a relaxing spot, and continue eating.

Cherry pies, cherry tarts, cherry wine, we enjoyed it all.

In ode to this topic... a little Wild Cherry!

I love cherries! ..... I have a bag of dark red sweet cherries from Washington State .... snack on them at bedtime ...

I remember as a child, Mom would open up a can of mixed fruit to serve and we'd all fight for the one or maybe two cherries!
THIS ^^^^ I remember. We didn’t have cherries often when I was a kid but I love cherries. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell you much about them except I buy big huge bags of them when they are in season and being sold.

I’ve made cherry pie and cherry cheesecake but used canned cherries. I’ve never de-pipped cherries. Lol

Love snacking on fresh Bing cherries and had some freshly picked once during a visit to Seattle. Yum! I like tart cherry juice in smoothies and recently ordered some dried tart cherries for a muffin recipe I want to try.

I recently tried dried cherries earlier this year, for the first time. Got dried cranberries as well. Love them to snack on
