Tupperware parties... do you remember them?

I thought they were boring and most of the women I knew only hosted parties because they didn't want to offend the one selling the stuff. It was a good product, but....

I became very adept at avoiding those parties. Just not my thing, and the products, though good I guess, were WAY overpriced IMHO, and that was during the time I had to watch every penny.

@Aunt Marg would you believe I was a Tupperware Lady back in the day when my kids were small
I did pretty well at sales too and probably helped along because we had just moved into a new area
As @Aunt Bea said the Pickle Keeper is still a firm fav

Next fav item would be the Lettuce Keeper although these days I use it for soup....minus the inner stand

Then my absolute fav is the Tupperware Lettuce Corer

Thanks for the lovely trip down Memory Lane 😘

One of my bridal showers was a "Tupperware Party" and I received quite a few pieces. I finally gave it all to a niece; she was thrilled. I don't own a single piece of Tupperware.

I have loads of Tupperware as well but I do use allot of it , I have very old pastel colours square/ rounds in the caravan for storing tea bags

I recently gave the op shop an old chopper like this ..way to hard on the wrists now days.
Tupperware once had a lifetime guarantee ,but last time I asked for a cracked lid to be replaced I was told of have to buy it

Love all of the pictures, Peram!

The bowl in the middle, that's the colour that will go down in history with me as far as Tupperware goes! :)
