CARES act money (coronavirus) and social security disability? Question

does anyone know if a person is eligible for this money even if they applied for social security disability? (asking for a friend of mine)

I've been googling this but cant find anything on it. trying to make sure getting the money is legit and legal in this case. Been calling our unemployment office and emailing them and no one replies to email or answers the phone.
 

Yes. You would still receive your check if you're on disability. Are you talking about someone disabled receiving a $1,200 check? If so it is legal to receive this help to the best of my knowledge.

no, for someone that has applied for disability but has not won the case yet. And their regular unemployment ended in January...
