What apps can I use to exercise? Any workout alternatives? Help!

Hi everyone, I just joined the site!

I am having trouble exercising right now and I was wondering if anyone knew any good workout resources. I was thinking about checking out some apps but I don't know where to start.

Also; what makes a good workout program? I want to be healthy, but beyond that, I don't really know where to begin!

Any help is really appreciated!

That's true. Any that you suggest? What makes them good?
I used to love Margaret Richard on PBS 'Body Electric' which still shows in repeats. I like her personality and she really helped me when I needed it. Check out her videos. Her workouts work!

Wow! Thank you, this looks great. What do you mean it works?

Do you happen to use any apps or anything?

If you stay with any workout, or any diet, it works, meaning you get your desired results. The thing is to stick with it. Now, do what I say, not what I DO, as I don't do much of any exercising except for stretching many times per day and walking as much as possible.

I do stretches too and it can be quite exhausting especially when I am lounging on my sofa and have to stretch my arm to reach the TV remote on the coffee table. No pain no gain.
