I've loved Aetna's regular insurance and Medigap plans for the benefits and plan doctors. I hope the State of N.J. never drops the plan. There have been some perks along the way. A few years ago I got a free blood pressure/heart monitoring machine for participating in a BP tracking program. A couple of months ago, they sent me an at home A1C test kit, which I won't need to use just yet because I'm going for a complete blood workup soon. About a month ago this unexpected package was delivered to me. The tall bottle in the back is antiseptic skin wash. I gave one of the masks to my DIL, who loves purple, along with a couple of other items. A friend of mine said all she got from her insurance company was a "stinking mask". LOL

why is it some people get that stuff and like fuzzy said he didn't get a thing?

With our Medicare Advantage plan we both get $60.00 every 3 months to buy the kind of supplies OED got & more. Like supplements, test equipment, bath mats, feminine needs to name a few. It's getting to the point where we will have to stop or we'll look like hoarders.
