How frugal are you?

Does this count as FRUGAL.
In the bathroom, i have one of those soft plastic glasses for rinsing when brushing my teeth, the kind you get for drinks at socials, ect.
I'm on my 3rd one in 4 1/2 years.......wash it daily.

My laundry room is downstairs, so as i don't forget about the laundry, have a med size sticky note in a zip bag......says......LAUNDRY......on the counter.
Have another one saying GARBAGE for garbage day.
On my second note for each in 4 1/2 years as well.

What do you think.......cheap or what.
Not cheap at all, Micka.

Highly commendable. :)

In the case of the mug, I'd be leery about fixing a broken handle. The glue might not hold, or if you wash it in the dishwasher, the glue might just come off. Could be dangerous if you're drinking hot liquids.

I recently threw out a mug that was an old favorite of mine, as the handle came off for some reason in the dishwasher. I wouldn't have thought of re-gluing it.

You might try finding a replacement online.
I 100% agree, Sunny, and that would be just my luck, the handle giving way after a glue repair and a burned lap as thanks.

It was a cheapie anyway.

Have to say it's been nice sipping my morning coffee in a fresh new mug. :)

Getting to the coffee mug thing.
I don't remember ever throwing one away.....some i have if they're just plain overworked.
A few months ago, i did throw away a stainless mug with a lid, which i used for water, the handle was coming off, tried my best to fix it......no luck.
Sorry, that's it........very few broken anything, that i can remember........or.......maybe my memory is broken.

LOL!

I'm the same... I throw very little away.

More recently I have become more frugal than I was. I'm trying to save some $ for emergencies which is something probably everyone does. I've always done that, too, but it was somewhat depleted with expenses I had so I'm really cutting corners and trying to lay off of Amazon as much as possible. I still don't scrimp on the important things I need for my pets, though.
