Exciting Plans for Wednesday?

I have my monthly visit to the Pharmacy and two deliveries coming...
One from Baxters Soup and the other is 12 litres of Oat Milk.

That passes as excitement these days.

I'm right there with you. I had a really big day Monday, both my clean laundry AND my groceries were delivered, and then I discovered a new audiobook by a favorite author.

I haven't tried oat milk yet. I drink soy and almond milk. My day will be even less exciting. I'll likely be sleeping for most of it. LOL!

I plan to make sure my little wild turkey Sprinkles with the infected foot takes her five bread bits covered in powered penicillin so her foot can heal and the bobcat doesn't get her. My husband will feed her five bread bits in the afternoon. It's helping. She's just a little shy. So sometimes it's hard to get it to her.

My Wednesday will be spent checking on the path of our first major snowstorm. If we don't lose power I'll make some soup and biscuits. I did some grocery shopping yesterday for bread, eggs and milk so combined with what's in my freezer we have plenty to see us through until it melts.

Wednesday, we will make our weekly store runs, and Most Importantly, I plan to stop at the local McDonalds and get a McRib sandwich. IMO, that is the BEST fast food sandwich and I wish they would make it available year round.

I have some really big plans of doing a couple of loads of laundry and maybe cleaning the glass in my apartment with Windex.

Hoping to make a big pot of chicken soup and hubby has been wanting homemade biscuits. My homemade biscuits are always a flop. We'll see. We have enough cookies to last us a lifetime, thanks to the hubby.

My hair appointment was cancelled just one hour before I was due to leave to go..I'd just got out of the shower when they called...said the whole salon, bar 1 person (the one who was calling me) have tested positive for Covid-19.... hmmm.....

I went shopping in the rain to North London, instead...

That oat beverage is pretty good. I refuse to call any of these beverages "milk".

Like Ruth n Jersey, I'm awaiting the storm. It's said to start in CT tonight and continue until tomorrow. Not going anywhere near a store or supermarket. I have enough.

So, as long as I take the trash to the dumpster I'm all set.

I did not take offense. I was thinking of trying to milk oats like you milk a cow. I grew up on a farm.
