What's The Best Frank?

The old Food Fair regional grocery chain put its name to a skinless beef frank, actually manufactured by Hygrade's, that was better than any of the other Hygrade's hot dogs that were sold under the Hygrade's name. My fave of all time and I've tried them all, Nathan's included.

There was also a natural casing frank sold in food mkts. by the piece individually rather than pre-packed. Name was something like ------------berg's.

Morningstar's Veggie Dogs are the best vegan dog. There are some other good 'uns out there tho.

I'm not much of a hot dog eater but when we do buy them they have to be Sahlen's. Aren't salty like most hot dogs. They grill perfectly and are longer than the hot dog bun.

As long as it is an all beef hot dog I am not picky about the brand, but it push comes to shove, I prefer Nathan’s or any other hot dog with a bite or snap to the casing.

Oh, I mean we prefer the Oscar Meyer angus dogs too. Sometimes we get the, can’t think of name, but they snap when you eat them. Quite pricy.
