China and probably others are collecting American DNA through biomedical companies including ones that test for the virus like BGI who operates in several states. China already under scrutiny for attempting to collect a global data base of dna and bio information.

Point is ask what these labs and services what is done with your material when they are done. Read the fine print. Also the same intelligence officials in the story also recommended not submitting dna to these geneology services.

Isn't it amazing how many people walk around with their heads in the clouds, refusing to believe that anyone would want to wish us harm!
 

Oh Oh! I gave DNA to Ancestry.com.
I heard this before about companies selling DNA!
Don is probably right about the biological warfare.
It's scary what is happening to the world!
 
I'm not one of those conspiracy nuts, who believe everything was , like in the 1960s, a "Commie plot". Today, it's the deep state. But DNA is your chemical/biological identity. It is way too soon to understand the full gravity of that. This information is so personal, and we just don't know who will use it in what way, for any reason. And you just know somebody is going to sell it to anybody with a dollar to spend.
