Who likes Tuna? Subway lashes out at 'baseless' lawsuit, insists sandwiches are '100% tuna'

For a while when we were working in downtown San Jose at my wife's business we'd stop by the local Subway for their chopped salads. They were generally very good but there were a few times when they weren't quite chopped enough. The ingredients were always fresh and reasonably tasty. It might be as a result of living very close to the lettuce capital of the US, but I never had any problems there other than the rare aforementioned chopping fails.

Depending on the size of the roll ....it’s around 200 calories for a 6” sub ( that’s just the bread )
without any filling .(n)(n)
For me it’s way to any carbs to eat in one day let alone for one meal

Carbs are sugar ..sugar stacks the weight on if we are not careful

I've eaten at Subway a lot lately. It's close by and quick. I've had their tuna...it was good. And I don't usually order tuna because of spoilage, but never had a problem.

They send me coupons and I use them, and then leave them for someone else to use what I don't.

Is there something wrong w/their bread that I should know about?
😂 to much sugar in it for diabetics

I never cared for their food, was under the impression they had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
All their stores closed in Buffalo last yr,no loss
I make my own tuna fish

I've never even eaten Sushi Tuna and that's high grade tuna. Salmon is the only fish I like. I've never been in a Subway. But I do eat a hamburger from Cook-Out occasionally and share it with my dogs. That's the only fast food I do.

I’ve had sushi tuna, twice, it was very good, but even a little bit as an appetizer was very expensive. We had it at a seafood restaurant whose name I have forgotten.

In the US, you can initiate a lawsuit because you don't like the color of the moon. This does not mean the lawsuit has any merit, or isn't likely to get throw out of court before the print on the legal forms gets to dry. So far, all there is a lawsuit claiming that Subway does not use 100% tuna in their sandwiches. What I find questionable, is that no health inspectors, no state, nor federal food regulatory agency has reported any irregularities with any of Subways products. I wonder if this wasn't a you pay me, or I file this crappy lawsuit scheme.

This thread is making me hungry. Maybe I'll pop out for a foot long tuna for lunch along with my wife's meatball sub. As long as the guy doesn't drop my sub on the floor while he making it - - I'll be alright.
