I wonder when was the last time I ever saw a police spokesman that wasn't bald headed. Let me think. MMMMM Maybe back in 1995? Can't really remember.

All I can say is, the $17,000 worth of fines that were issued was about $100,000 short.

Individuals like this deserve to be hit and hit hard.
