People cross the Rio Bravo river to turn themselves in for asylum in El Paso in Texas

Yes, I'm a little concerned when the caravans get here because I'm less than 100 miles from Juarez.
And we now have over 60,000 gas and oil laborers out of work. This is not going to be the best place to live!
 

When I lived in New Mexico we would visit quite often. My dad was raised in Juarez for several years when he was a child. He would take us there on vacation and show us where they lived.

That article is confusing because it does say Rio Bravo while the actual river between Juarez and ElPaso is the Rio Grande. There may be a tributary down there somewhere by that name, who knows. The picture doesn't look like much of a river, but I have seen the Rio Grande that low several times.

I lived in ElPaso for a long time when I was growing up which is why that post caught my attention.
