Do you discuss any of the topics on this forum with younger members of the family?

It won't be long until we have a Father and Son Members or Mother and Daughter..
My daughter is only 44 but she wouldn't be interested in this because she has older relatives of whom she can have advice if and when she needs it ... she's still very much a FB or twitter or other social media type person...

I know, but he is still putting in long hours at work and will probably wait until he has more free time.

LOL, you have to admit that this website can keeps us pretty busy, .... time that we might otherwise use getting into trouble.
I understand that totally.

I was working a 10 hour day when I first joined forums but it was really for R&R and to get away from work related conversations..at home

Only something of humor will I mention it to my son. He'll be 55 this summer, but has no interest in this or any other forum or social media at all. He has contact with people all day long and then his friends in the evenings. That's enough socializing for him. I see some signs that he may have a lover now. I think I know who she is and he knows that I'd never approve that one.

The reason I disapprove is because she is married to one of my son's boyhood friends. While they've been separated for a few years now, he is dying of cirrhosis of the liver and renal failure. He is the father of their 3 children and I feel to 2 of them are stabbing her husband in the back as he lay dying. If her kids are suspicious, I've no idea. He's been acting strangely with me as I think he knows I've found out. My late daughter in law would be appalled at this entire affair. Further, she's 3 yrs older than my son and in the first stages of Parkinson's. Lord knows what ever brought all this about as he has several female friends.
